EFT or Meridian Tapping

As we go through life, we may experience traumatic experiences that stay suppressed in our bodies without us realising.
When we practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) by tapping on the Meridian points we let go of the stuck emotions and suppressed traumas that eventually leads to pain.

EFT can be used for:
⭐️ weight loss,
⭐️relationships,
⭐️panic & anxiety issues,
⭐️addictions,
⭐️sports performance
⭐️implementing positive goals.
Meridian Tapping also helps to relieve stress so it does not create any illness or dis-ease.

In this Tribe, you we learn techniques that will allow you to continue to work on yourself at your own pace.

I love to help people with health challenges like: sciatic problems, arthritis, eczema and much more.
I also teach people to work with their bodies to boost their immune system and bring their bodies back to health.

Our Tribe usually meets on the second weekend of each month.
