Hi Beautiful Momma! Do you trust that the highs and lows of your life have meaning and purpose? Do you have a connection practice? Do you surround yourself with people who you are comfortable to be completely yourself with? Do you have a daily gratitude practice, or do you feel you have things to be grateful for? Do you have a hard time releasing control and surrendering? Do you set a time and space for your own self-love and self-care?
You may be a stay-at-home Mom who has struggled with Self-Love and have been led to believe that your purpose is to nurture and be of service to everyone in the family but yourself. You may be a working Mom struggling with stress, who can’t seem to find time for relaxation, and believe that having a perfect work-life balance is the only key to happiness. You may be a Mompreneur tired of the hustle culture and simply looking for Empowerment and Connection with other like-minded souls. You may not have your own children, but you are a Mom figure to little ones.
Whatever it is, if you have ever felt unsure of yourself but know deep inside that there’s more to you than the mom role you play, come and join the tribe! From Chaos to Connected is not just a Tribe; it’s a journey through Wellness, Self-Discovery, Self-Love, Empowerment, and Connection to that which is greater for Moms who have struggled to keep up with the daily challenges of Mom life. Becoming the healthiest version of yourself is not a race, and there’s no finish line. You’re in it for the long haul, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. The journey begins with acceptance of where you are right now, not where you want to be someday. It is about acknowledging your own strengths and weaknesses, your own beauty, and your own vulnerabilities. It is about understanding that you are not alone in this journey.
It is about letting go of the shame and guilt that come with being a mom who has struggled. It is about being brave enough to reach out and ask for help when you need it. It is about learning to love yourself and others unconditionally. It is about connection, community, and empowerment. This space was created so you can dive deeper into your own spirituality practice, Whole Health, Self-Love, Stress and Relaxation routine and work life balance while empowering each other through your own life/wellness goals. If you ever have that nagging voice in your head asking what “they” would think of you if you try to do something new or paralysed with fear of failure to take that first step of change, or tired of doing all the things for everybody while you’re too depleted of energy to watch your favourite Netflix show, this Tribe is for you.
By sharing your journey with each other, you will receive support and motivation. This is a safe space for you to be open and honest about your struggles and challenges. We are here to lift each other up and support each other on our journey to becoming the best version of ourselves. In this space, we will explore:
